Store products

You may return most products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging where possible. To start a return, email info@whitesquarebooks.com with your order reference and we will send instructions. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue your refund to the original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.

Return shipping

If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we cover return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the item was defective or incorrect.

Memberships

Memberships include a 30-day free trial, so you are not charged until the trial ends. If you are billed and are unhappy, contact us within 30 days of that charge and we will refund your most recent membership payment. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period.

Exceptions

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain pantry and consumable items may not be returnable once opened. Digital access that has been substantially used may be prorated. We will always tell you clearly if an exception applies before you complete a return.
