Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase a membership or products.

Membership, billing and auto-renewal

Membership is offered on a monthly plan at $8.99 and an annual plan at $88.99, in USD. New memberships include a 30-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your plan begins and your payment method is charged the applicable fee. Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until cancelled. We will give notice of any price change before it applies to you.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account page or by emailing info@whitesquarebooks.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Store purchases

Prices and availability for products may change. We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud or an error in pricing. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery. Our 30-day money-back guarantee is described in the Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You may use recipes and content for personal, non-commercial cooking. You may not scrape, resell, republish, or redistribute our content, or attempt to access the members-only library without an active membership. You may not interfere with the security or operation of the site.

Intellectual property

All recipes, text, images licensing, design and trademarks on the site are owned by or licensed to WHITE SQUARE ENTERPRISES LLC and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access the content for personal use only.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Cooking involves inherent risks; you are responsible for food safety and for checking ingredients against your own dietary needs and allergies. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WHITE SQUARE ENTERPRISES LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Florida, and you and we waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action, except where such waiver is prohibited by law. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing us.
